By plane:
The nearest airport is Letališče Jožeta Pučnika (cca. 35 km from Bled). From here you can take the bus, shuttle or a taxi to Ljubljana (the price ascends in that order too; we recommend a shuttle that can be booked ahead and will cost you about 7-9 EUR - see e.g.: http://www.zup-prevozi.eu/en/bled.html, but there are many other choices that you can find online or on the airport webpage).
